Developmental Disabilities
We are committed to lighting the path to empowered living for individuals with developmental disabilities. We provide advocacy & comprehensive support services that empower families navigating disabilities.
Behavioral
Health
Our services that promote growth, independence, and empowerment for individuals in 24-hour ISL homes. Our approach includes comprehensive assessments, functional behavior evaluations & individualized behavior support plans in areas such as communication and daily living.
Residential
Support
We provide individualized supported living options that empower individuals to fully integrate into their communities. We collaborate closely with families, healthcare providers & community partners to ensure coordinated, person-centered support.
Workforce Development
The Wellness, Employment, and Educational Pathways (W.E.E.P.) program is a comprehensive initiative where participants gain the practical tools needed to enter and succeed in the workforce; resume writing, interview preparation, uniforms, and employment referrals.
Community
Outreach
We work to strengthen & stabilize individuals & families so they can build brighter futures. Through our free food program, community events, and mobile outreach, we ensure that essential needs; food, clothing, and shelter; are met for those we serve.
Opioid
Initatitive
Our initiative is designed to stem the tide of opioid misuse and lower the spread of infectious diseases. We work to supporting those impacted by substance abuse; through education, resources, and linkage to treatment.
