DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
The Development Associate, will report to the Director of Development & Advancement, and will handle the day-to-day operations for the development team, helping to streamline processes and boost the department's effectiveness and precision. Core responsibilities include managing and optimizing the donor database, processing contributions, ensuring prompt and accurate donor acknowledgments, assisting with donor research, and contributing to revenue tracking and planning.
HOST HOUSE MANAGER(S)
Host House Manager(s) will report to the Director of Residential Services, and is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the individuals with developmental disabilities. The House Manager ensures that all staff are providing services listed in each person’s ISP and accurately documenting said information. Managers are responsible for proper documentation of services provided including: scheduling doctors’ appointments and follow up measures, menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, keep house clean and maintained, administering medication, re-ordering medication to ensure no outages, training new staff and in-servicing all staff on ISP/ BSP or other pertinent changes that they need to be made aware of.
HOUSE COMPANION
A House Companion is a non-licensed member of the Home Care Team who assists the client with the tasks of daily living. They provide companionship and monitor client safety. Performs routine household tasks as assigned in a written Care Plan such as meals preparation, shopping, errands and accompany the client to appointments. This position is supervised by Host House Manager(s).
RE-ENTRY PROGRAM SPECIALIST
The Program Reentry Specialist, will report to the Director of Community Outreach, and will be responsible for developing and implementing programs designed to help individuals who have been released from prison or jail reintegrate into society. Duties include develop and implement reentry programs and services, including job training,
education, substance abuse treatment, mental health services, and other support services as needed; conduct assessments of individuals to determine their needs and develop individualized reentry plans; work closely with community partners to provide a seamless network of support
services to individuals and provide counseling and support services to help individuals navigate the challenges of reentry.
DSP (DIRECT SUPPORT PROFRESSIONAL)
DSP will provide in-home care for the individuals served by the agency. Common daily tasks include: transportation, medication administration, documenting data, log note writing, assist with daily skill development, ensure cleanliness of the home, attend medical and personal appointments scheduled by individual and supervisors.
