WORKFORCE
DEVELOPMENT

The Wellness, Employment, and Educational Pathways (W.E.E.P.) program is a comprehensive initiative designed to empower individuals and families by combining Family Wellness & Employment Readiness with Educational Enhancement. Together, these components provide a strong foundation for participants to build brighter futures and achieve long-term stability.

Through our Job Readiness Program, participants gain the practical tools needed to enter and succeed in the workforce—such as resume writing, interview preparation, uniforms, and access to job fairs. Our Educational Enhancement services focus on strengthening personal, academic, and professional skills, helping participants grow with confidence and purpose.
