CALVIN GARNER
Since founding LWP, Calvin has led the organization to historic growth and success. He is responsible for setting strategy, overseeing all operations; and ensuring the overall success of LWP.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
DJUNA SADDLER
Djuna oversees the daily operations of the organization and is responsible for all programs, strategic planning; and working closely with the CEO to drive organizational strategy, while also coordinating LWP's accreditation and state certification processes.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
DR. KIMBERLY JONES
Kimberly is responsible for the management of the financial and physical assets of LWP and monitors all fiscal operations; including risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

DENISE MARTIN
Denise oversees the daily operations of support-living sites & homes, while managing the nursing staff, & housing staff; coordinating with families, agency departments, and the state of Missouri to provide high-quality care.

John is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and overall development agenda of LWP, which includes all fundraising, special initiatives, communications & marketing, organizational advancement and external community relations activities.
