Since founding LWP, he has led the organization to historic growth and success. He is responsible for setting strategy, overseeing all operations; and ensuring the overall success of LWP.

She is responsible for the management of the financial, physical and human assets of LWP, and monitors all fiscal operations; including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

She oversees the daily operations of the organization and is responsible for all programs, strategic planning; and working closely with the CEO to drive organizational strategy, while also coordinating LWP's  accreditation  processes.

She oversees the daily operations of support-living sites & homes, while managing the nursing staff, & housing staff; coordinating with families, agency departments, and the state of Missouri to provide high-quality care.

He is responsible for the comprehensive planning, management and oversight of all fundraising, communications, marketing, and community relations activities.

She is responsible for talent acquisition, training, and professional development for all LWP employees; while engaging in a wide variety or organizational priorities. 

She is responsible for the planning, coordination and management of community-based programs and services.
