Our Leadership Team

Since founding LWP, Calvin has led the organization to historic growth and success. He is responsible for setting strategy, overseeing all operations; and ensuring the overall success of LWP.

Kimberly is responsible for the management of the financial, physical and human assets of LWP, and monitors all fiscal operations; including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Djuna oversees the daily operations of the organization and is responsible for all programs, strategic planning; and working closely with the CEO to drive organizational strategy, while also coordinating LWP's  accreditation  processes.

Denise oversees the daily operations of support-living sites & homes, while managing the nursing staff, & housing staff; coordinating with families, agency departments, and the state of Missouri to provide high-quality care.

John is responsible for the comprehensive planning, management and oversight of all fundraising, communications, marketing, organizational advancement and at-broad community relations activities.

Nakitta is responsible for talent acquisition, training, and professional development for all LWP employees; while engaging in a wide variety or organizational priorities. 

Rashonda is responsible for the planning and coordination of community-based services and initiatives that strengthen community engagement, address local needs, and drive positive social impact.
