
Direct Support Professional
We're seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion by assisting individuals with daily living activities, skill development, and community engagement.

About the Position
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities

Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, mobility, and routines

Support individuals in building life skills and increasing independence

Encourage participation in community activities and social engagement

Implement individualized service plans and behavioral support strategies as directed

Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment at all times

Document care provided, observations, and progress accurately and timely

Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care teams

Support transportation to community outings and appointments when needed

Respond appropriately to behavioral or crisis situations using approved protocols
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Must be able to complete required trainings and certifications
